I often wonder how God could love me. I know my wife loves me and my kids and even my friends, but God? He know all about me. He knows my thoughts, He knows my desires, and He knows it was my sin that put Him on that old cross.

Think about it! GOD LOVES YOU.

1. He loved you before you even knew He loved you. –

Romans 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

2. He loved you like a GOOD father loves his kids. –

John 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

3. He treats you as if you have never done anything wrong.

Isaiah 43:25 I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins.

4. It is our responsibility to share His love with others

A. We are to love other believers –

1 John 4:7 Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.

B. We are to love people who do not know Jesus –

Matthew 22:39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

Remember the story that is called the Good Samaritan. Have you ever been in a position to have to make a choice to help someone in real need, maybe someone you did not even know, but you were busy with other things in life? How did you respond? Satan had bound us up with our sin and had pretty much taken control of our lives. Then Jesus came by. He stopped, reached out and lifted us up.
This week, let’s take this love of Jesus and share it with others who are in need.

Daily verse to remember:

Psalms 103:12 As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.

God removes all our sin. Let’s treat others like Jesus has already treated us.
