Eye Exam

“And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but perceivest not the beam that is in thine own eye?” (Luke 6:41)

Mote:
noun:
a tiny piece of a substance.  “the tiniest mote of dust”
synonyms: speck, particle, grain, spot, fleck, atom,

Beam:
noun
a long and heavy piece of wood or metal that is used as a support in a building or ship

synonyms: joist, lintel, rafter, purlin;

Judgmental spirits are the results of spiritual blindness. When we see the faults in others it may mean we are overlooking the faults we really need to see, our own. Today, take a good inward look and ask God to show you that beam you are blinded to and begin the journey to real victory. Love ya all. Have a great Saturday.
